Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in customer service.

• Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Standard personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate customer requests, sales activities, and supplier interactions.
• Maintain proactive customer contact, answer inquiries, provide product and delivery guidance, and manage the shared sales inbox.
• Prepare quotations and process sales and vendor orders.
• Handle invoicing and accurate order administration throughout the order lifecycle.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with factories and suppliers.
• Follow up on deliveries and communicate delays.
• Support e-Store and RMA requests.
• Check lead times and supplier capacity.
• Place orders according to customer requirements.
• Report discrepancies in customer records, pricing, or product information.
• Support internal cooperation and information exchange across departments.
