Responsibilities

• Manage a team of couriers to ensure timely delivery of packages to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and track courier performance metrics such as on-time deliveries, package accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Train new couriers on company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle any issues or complaints from customers regarding their deliveries.
• Coordinate with other departments such as customer service and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for couriers and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses and other relevant data.

As a Courier Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a team of couriers in Os Norway Your main objective will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Competitive salary of 1500$ per month
