Job summary

foodora is hiring a Logistics & Compliance Administrator in Oslo to connect our rider fleet operations with local regulatory compliance. The role demands meticulous attention to legal and financial risk mitigation and hands-on hub management.

You will own the EQ hub, oversee procurement via SAP Ariba, and support the Fleet Health team with data-driven compliance workflows, while engaging with NAV and Arbeidstilsynet. The position offers a dynamic, international team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian and excellent professional English.
• Background in operational administration, compliance, logistics, or a similarly detail-oriented field.
• Experience with procurement software, preferably SAP Ariba.
• Comfortable working with data, API verifications, and digital compliance pipelines.
• Hands-on mentality to manage the physical equipment hub and interact with logistics.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory management: act as the primary point of contact for NAV and Arbeidstilsynet and manage country-specific workflows.
• Compliance & API operations: verify API data and support automation of compliance pipelines.
• Public relations support: provide metrics and draft operational answers for media requests.
• Audit preparation: compile materials for vendor and public audits.
• Rider Equipment (EQ) operations: own the EQ hub and oversee on-site logistics.
• Procurement: manage local procurement processes in SAP Ariba.
• Insurance & recourse: handle rider insurance incidents and recourse claims.
