Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Ski, Norway, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a one-year fixed-term role within the Marine Division. You will manage orders and deliver exceptional customer experiences by coordinating requests, sales activities, and supplier interactions.

The role requires strong English communication, ERP familiarity, and an independent, proactive mindset, with a focus on collaborative teamwork and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Has experience in customer service and a strong customer focus.
• Able to quickly develop product knowledge and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in English, Norwegian language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• In charge of smooth order management and delivering an excellent customer experience by coordinating customer requests, sales activities, and supplier interactions.
• Prepare quotations, process sales and vendor orders, handle invoicing, and ensure accurate order administration throughout the order lifecycle.
• Monitor order status, coordinate with factories and suppliers, follow up on deliveries, communicate delays, and support e-Store and RMA requests.
• Check lead times and supplier capacity, place orders according to customer requirements, and report discrepancies in records, pricing, or product information.
• Contribute to cross-functional cooperation to ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
