Job summary

Q-Storage in Svalbard is seeking a Concierge Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest service and assist with guest needs during their stay. You will greet guests on arrival, help with check-in/check-out, provide local recommendations, coordinate dining and transportation, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of local area and tourist attractions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

As a concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month with visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
