Job summary

AlphaConnect in Svalbard seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest services and ensure smooth hotel operations. You will assist guests with needs and curate memorable stays in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding check-in, sharing local information, arranging transport and tours, handling complaints, and coordinating with departments. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
• Knowledge of local attractions, facilities, and services will help tailor guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation, tours, reservations and other guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences.
