We are currently hiring for a Concierge to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services
• Book reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
• Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
