Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Temporary Concierge in Oslo, Norway. You will deliver excellent guest service, assist with check-in, and respond to requests to ensure a comfortable stay. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset. This temporary position includes accommodation during the assignment, with visa sponsorship if needed.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Oslo Norway As a Temporary Concierge you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about the hotels amenities and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
• Ensure all guest needs are met during their stay including arranging reservations tickets or other special requests
• Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required 12 pass jobs
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English additional languages are considered an asset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Must be legally eligible to work in Norway with visa sponsorship if necessary

Compensation

This is a temporary position with a salary of 1100$ per month Accommodation will also be provided during the duration of the assignment
