Job Title Online Consultant - Svalbard Full Time with Accommodation

We are in search of an experienced and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Svalbard.

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various online channels such as chat email and video conferencing.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Your main goal will be to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions and recommendations. This may include guiding them through product or service options troubleshooting technical issues or handling complaints.

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of the products or services offered by our company and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation provided by the company.
