Job summary

SummitLab in Svalbard is seeking a part-time waiter/waitress to join our busy restaurant team. This role is open to graduates or individuals without prior experience who want to develop hospitality skills in a dynamic setting.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, handle payments, keep the dining area clean, and assist with stocking. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential, and we offer growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

We offer competitive pay starting at $1100 per month and opportunities for growth within the company. This position does not include accommodation but we do provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for international candidates.
