Job summary

SmartAgro in Bergen is seeking an experienced Concierge to greet guests, provide local information, and arrange reservations and transport, ensuring memorable stays in a luxury hotel.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior luxury-hotel concierge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or similar establishment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
