Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Line IT support across hardware, software and user issues.
• Support Windows and macOS environments.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Manage and support Apple devices using Jamf.
• Support AV and meeting room technology.
• Escalate complex infrastructure or application issues where appropriate.
• Manage tickets and ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs.
• Support and troubleshooting issues for senior stakeholders or C-suite users.
