Job summary

T-TECH is seeking an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join a collaborative MSP-focused team in London. You will handle Tier 4 escalation, diagnose complex infrastructure issues, and drive improvements in platform reliability and security.

You will manage cloud platforms, automate monitoring, and support multi-tenant environments while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining strong customer relationships. A hybrid working arrangement in London is offered.

Qualifications

Must hold at least one certification in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or server technologies.
Minimum 3 years’ IT support experience, preferably in MSP environments.
Hands-on ITIL-aligned service management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 4 escalation support to the Service Desk, diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
Identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and implement robust, long-term fixes.
Monitor, manage, and optimise cloud platforms and customer environments to meet SLAs, capacity and performance.
Follow incident, problem, and change management processes to improve service delivery.
Log and manage incidents with the service management system and document fixes.
Mentor Service Desk Analysts and Engineers; share knowledge to improve first-time fix rates.
