Job summary

WeRoad in London seeks an IT Technical Support Specialist to join the IT Service Desk. You will support employees and the autonomous vehicle operation, both on-site and remote, with expertise in SaaS apps and OS environments.

You will drive automation, manage identity lifecycles, and collaborate with HR and IT Solutions to improve onboarding and IT services. A strong background in JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, and scripting is required.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for ticket tracking and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and core SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 on-site and remote IT support in London.
• Design and implement automation workflows and improve IT processes.
• Manage identity and access across platforms and secure provisioning.
