Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS in Norway is seeking an Operator for Response & Support Center to serve as the main client contact for emergency notifications and to mobilize the client’s crisis response team.

You will monitor real-time threats, process reports, provide remote travel support, and produce actionable reports while collaborating with the client’s emergency organization. The role requires 24/7 shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, security, emergency response, or military (OSINT).
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and oral.
• Ability to work in high-stress emergency situations.
• Excellent IT and digital skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 duty roster including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact at the client for notification of emergency situations.
• Act on reports of serious incidents and mobilize client emergency response.
• Provide remote support to employees during business travel and follow JMPs.
• Conduct real-time threat monitoring and initiate actions as needed.
• Receive and act on reports of serious incidents and notify/crisis-mobilize.
• Analyze data from open sources to support stakeholders in understanding threats.
• Transform data into written and actionable reports.
• Maintain situational awareness of global threat landscape and inform stakeholders.
• Stay updated on evolving threat picture and information sources.
• Support POB counts during incidents and high-threat travel.
• Collaborate with client’s emergency organization via crisis management tools.
• Conduct notification and mass communication to employees during incidents.
• Notify and collaborate with PISAS when required; 24/7 shift work.
