Job summary

Head Energy is seeking an Operator Response & Support Center professional to act as the main client contact for emergency notifications and to coordinate responses around the clock. The role involves threat monitoring, incident notification, and supporting travel safety through JMP and travel plans.

Ideal candidates have experience in operations, security or emergency response, with proficiency in Norwegian and English and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, security, emergency response, or military (OSINT).
Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and oral.
Ability to work a 24/7 duty roster, including nights, weekends, and working alone.
Excellent IT and digital skills; CIM knowledge is advantageous.
Degree in emergency response, crisis management, or security preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the main client contact for notification of emergencies.
Respond to serious incidents and notify in line with established plans.
Provide remote support during business travel and follow JMP and Travel Plans.
Conduct real-time threat monitoring from open sources and initiate actions.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate data to support threat mitigation.
Transform collected data into written, actionable reports for stakeholders.
Maintain situational awareness of the global threat landscape and inform stakeholders promptly.
Notify and collaborate with Petroleum Industry Security Alert System (PISAS) when required.
24/7 shift work including evenings, nights, and weekends.
