Job summary

Head Energy seeks an Operator Response & Support Center professional to act as the main client contact for emergencies, coordinate notifications, and provide remote support. The role involves real-time threat monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders, with 24/7 shifts including evenings and weekends in Stavanger.

Fluent Norwegian and English are required, with a background in emergency response or security.

Qualifications

• Degree level education preferred - emergency response, crisis management or security related discipline.
• Experience in operations, security, emergency response, or military (OSINT).
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Be main client contact for notifying emergency situations and incidents.
• Act on reports of serious incidents and notify per established plans.
• Provide remote support and follow Journey Management and Travel Plans.
• Conduct real-time threat monitoring and act as needed.
• Receive and mobilize client emergency response organization as required.
• Analyze data from open-source systems to support threat mitigation.
• Turn collected data into written and actionable reports.
• Maintain situational awareness of global threats and inform stakeholders timely.
• Stay updated on evolving threat picture and inform accordingly.
• Support personnel counts during incidents and travel to high-threat countries.
• Collaborate with client emergency orgs via crisis management tools.
• Notify and mass-communicate to employees during serious incidents.
• Coordinate with PISAS when required; 24/7 shift including nights and weekends.
