Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Consultant for wound closure within the Surgery team. The role covers the North West territory, involving direct customer engagement, product training in theatres and online, and expert guidance on surgical products.

You will manage your own region with autonomy, collaborate with sales leadership, and drive growth through high-quality customer interactions and tailored training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English and native Dutch.
• Willing to travel and hold a valid Category B license.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory.
• Deliver product training to customers in diverse settings, including theatres, training rooms, and online platforms.
• Tailor training content to effectively engage and meet the specific needs of different stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to deliver sustained value and support to our customers
• Offering specialized guidance and expert advice on the optimal use of our products in various surgical procedures
• Generating sales analyses and proactively adapt plans to enhance overall sales performance
