Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sales Consultant Surgery for the Southern Netherlands. You will grow as a trusted commercial partner for healthcare professionals, learning our surgical technologies and communicating clinical and business value to customers.

The role involves building surgeon relationships, demonstrating devices, and driving sales growth across a dynamic healthcare landscape in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and strong English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable taking initiative while working independently in the field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, operating-room teams and other hospital stakeholders.
• Learn the clinical application and value of our medical devices, then communicate this clearly and credibly to customers.
• Support sales growth by identifying customer needs, opportunities and potential new accounts within your territory.
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training and educational sessions in hospital environments.
• Contribute to account plans and value-based selling projects that demonstrate both clinical and economic value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Strategic Account colleagues.
