Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Consultant for Wound Closure to cover the North West territory. You will sell surgical technologies, train customers across settings, and tailor engagements to meet stakeholder needs while building lasting relationships across hospitals and clinics.

Ideal candidates have a HBO/ bachelor background with Dutch and English fluency, a valid driving license, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Driven by results and business success
• Integrity, adaptability and resilience under pressure
• Native Dutch with fluent English (spoken & written)
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel
• Knowledge of healthcare market landscape preferred
• Hospital or commercial exposure is a plus

Responsabilités

• Sell innovative products to existing and new customers on the territory
• Deliver product training to customers in theatres, training rooms and online
• Tailor training content to stakeholder needs
• Build relationships to deliver sustained value and support to customers
• Provide expert guidance on product use in surgical procedures
• Generate sales analyses and adapt plans to improve performance
