Job summary

Discord Inc. is seeking a Workplace Operations Lead to own day-to-day office operations, manage vendor relationships, and run the desk residency program to ensure a productive work environment.

You will collaborate across People, IT, Security, Finance, and Internal Events to execute company events, onsite experiences, and all-hands while maintaining cost controls and scalable processes. 4+ years in related fields and strong budgeting, vendor mgmt, and event planning skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in workplace operations, office management, facilities management, or related field.
• Strong vendor management with evidence of SLAs and budgets.
• Experience planning corporate events and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office operations—kitchens, reception, and vendor services.
• Manage vendor relationships and hold partners to SLAs and budgets.
• Own the desk residency program—space allocation and tracking.
• Design and run employee engagement programs and events reflecting Discord culture.
• Manage office supply, swag, and onboarding items with cost control.
• Develop and iterate workplace policies to maximize efficiency.
• Partner with People, IT, Security, Finance, and Internal Events to run events and onsite gatherings.
