Cover Genius is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to own and enhance office operations across our global offices. You will manage facilities, procurement, events, budgets, AV, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You bring 4+ years in office/facilities operations, a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This role offers a hybrid work pattern and the chance to shape a vibrant and efficient workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in office management, facilities management, or related workplace operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams and excellent communication.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with budget negotiation experience.

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations and office environments.

• Own local office budget and procurement processes.
• Coordinate T&E receipts and expense processing.
• Plan events and coordinate catering and office events.
