Netflix in Amsterdam seeks a seasoned Program Manager for Workplace to lead a cross-regional portfolio and maintain a coherent operating model across regions.
You will drive program execution end-to-end, set governance rhythms, and partner with Data/Tech, EHS, Finance, and regional Workplace teams to ensure consistent performance and vendor accountability.

This team is focused on providing an efficiently run, safe, amazing, inspiring, and consistent experience for our colleagues, visitors and partners. The main responsibilities of the Workplace team are to create an excellent and best-in-class Workplace environment and experience to enable our Netflix employees to do the best work of their lives and to help drive the business forward. The successful candidate will be a strategic and thought leader that’s highly adaptable, proactive and resourceful.
As Program Manager, Workplace, you’ll own the cross-regional program portfolio and the governance framework that keeps the operating model coherent, driving consistency across regions, maintaining performance visibility for leadership, and ensuring execution on the ground stays aligned with global Workplace strategy. You will operate as a peer to regional and global Workplace directors, representing Workplace in director-level forums.
