Job summary

Coda is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead our global people operations team across 20+ countries, supporting 600+ employees. You’ll own payroll, compliance, mobility, systems, onboarding, and offboarding with a focus on speed, reliability, and a superb employee experience.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, design scalable processes, ensure strong controls and audit readiness, and drive CSAT SLAs. M&A integration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people operations leadership experience.
• Experience scaling operations in a globally dispersed mid-sized company.
• Expertise in employment laws across APAC and EMEA.
• Proven ability to design SLA-driven service models and drive employee satisfaction.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global people operations team across 20+ countries.
• Own payroll, compliance, mobility, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Define and meet SLAs for people ops requests; drive CSAT.
• Design scalable policies and operating models that grow with the business.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on risks and process improvements.
• Oversee controls, documentation, and audit readiness across payroll and data.
• Support M&A integration, including due diligence and data migration.
