Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a seasoned Workday Financials Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and digital transformation of our financial systems.

The role will migrate the organization and global subsidiaries from legacy ERPs to Workday, bridging finance, IT, and executive leadership. You will ensure the Foundational Data Model supports IFRS 17/LDTI, DAC, multi-entity consolidations, and audit requirements, while guiding data migration and system integrations with major

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 2 full-lifecycle Workday Financials implementations at enterprise scale.
• Insurance or Financial Services industry knowledge with multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong familiarity with Workday FINS modules (GL, Assets, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Workday certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation and data migration across subsidiaries.
• Define rollout roadmap and manage cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with tax, regulatory, and SOX controls.
• Engage Steering Committee and manage RAID logs.
• Ensure data model supports IFRS 17/LDTI and DAC.
• Drive change management and training for subsidiary cultures.
