Job summary
Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to partner with sales and technical teams, leading complex enterprise opportunities within the financial services sector. You will bridge business transformation with data architecture, integrations and AI applications to demonstrate value of the Workiva platform.
In this role you will gather requirements, design customised solutions, deliver architecture presentations, and develop proofs of concept to validate viability and ROI for Investments,
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar in complex enterprise tech.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience within Financial Services sectors (Investments, Insurance, Banking) preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting or financial management technology.
- Hands-on SaaS/cloud tech & enterprise architecture experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into value-based software demos and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical lead for enterprise sales opportunities, focusing on integration and data management.
- Partner with regional sales and customer-facing teams to understand challenges and outcomes.
- Lead solution discovery and value-based conversations across core Workiva solutions (Financial Reporting, GRC, Sustainability).
- Guide conversations with enterprise leaders on technology strategy and modernisation.
- Provide technical presentations, demos and value messaging tailored to Financial Services customers.
- Translate complex requirements into practical Workiva solutions and proofs of concept.
- Design customised solutions addressing customer needs and supporting transformation of finance processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants to create demonstration environments for customers.
