Job summary

Arvato in Heijen (Gennep) seeks a Business Support Specialist to join a high-tech logistics environment, implementing a new customer in the Consumer Products division and translating data and customer needs into smart logistics solutions.

The role focuses on optimizing processes and systems in a highly automated supply chain, collaborating with stakeholders across Europe and working with advanced automation, WMS, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Experience with IT systems (ERP/WMS); SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and interest in logistics, engineering, and automation.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio).
Proactive, detail-oriented, team player.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests with IT and stakeholders.
Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements.
Execute and support testing of system changes to ensure quality and performance.
Participate in and support projects related to system implementations and optimizations.
Act as a key point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders.
