Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad, Netherlands, is hiring a Business Support Specialist to act as the key user for the Warehouse Management System and bridge Operations, IT and the business in a highly automated logistics environment. You will ensure system support, drive improvements, and contribute to networked, international tech operations while working on ongoing optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level.
Experience as a Key User, Business Support Specialist, Process Specialist, Super User, Logistics Engineer, or similar in logistics.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other operational systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English; proactive and able to train end users.

Responsibilities

Act as the key user for the Warehouse Management System and liaison between Operations, IT, and the business.
Support Operations with system-related issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate and test system changes before implementation.
Translate operational needs into functional change requests for IT and other stakeholders.
Train and support end users on new system functionalities and processes.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in projects focused on process optimization and system enhancements.
