Job summary

Arvato SE in Heijen (Gennep) invites a Business Support Specialist to join a high-tech logistics environment. You will optimize system-driven processes, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems and collaboration with IT, translating data and customer needs into smart logistics solutions.

In this role you will coordinate WMS-related change requests, test system changes, and support project implementations, acting as the link between operations, IT, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Experience with and affinity for IT systems (ERP/WMS); experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics, engineering, and automation.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Ready to take the next step in your career as a Business Support Specialist within a high-tech logistics environment? In this role, you will join the implementation of a new customer within the Consumer Products division. You will work on optimizing processes, improving systems, and increasing efficiency within a highly automated supply chain. You will play a key role in translating data and customer needs into smart logistics solutions.

At our new site in Heijen (Gennep), you will be part of an international and innovative environment where automation, Warehouse Management Systems, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Europe and contribute to one of the most advanced logistics operations in the region.

YOUR TASKS

As a Business Support Specialist, you focus on optimizing and improving system-driven processes, with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems and collaboration with IT. You play a key role in managing change requests, testing system improvements, and supporting project implementations.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.560 – € 4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
