Arvato in Lelystad, Netherlands, seeks a proactive Business Support Specialist to be the key user of the Warehouse Management System and connect Operations, IT, and business. The role focuses on maximizing system value and driving efficiency in a highly automated logistics setting.

You will translate operational needs into tangible changes, train end users, and help optimize processes through ongoing improvements and collaboration in an international Tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent working level.
• Experience as a Key User, Business Support Specialist, Process Specialist, or similar in logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the key user and first point of contact for WMS-related questions.
• Supporting Operations with system-related issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating and testing system changes before implementation.
• Translating operational needs into functional change requests for IT and other stakeholders.
• Training and supporting end users on new system functionalities and processes.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Participating in projects focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
