Job summary
Arvato in Venlo, Netherlands seeks a Business Support Specialist to optimize and standardize warehouse processes for a highly automated client, translating requirements into efficient SAP-based solutions. You will contribute to logistics concepts and project plans, turning client needs into actionable improvements.
The role requires SAP experience, IT/ERP familiarity, strong analytical and communication skills in English, and the ability to work in an international, data-driven supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience with SAP and affinity with IT / ERP / WMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills that help you explore logistics, engineering and automation solutions.
- Advanced experience with MS Office.
- Experience with PRINCE2 and lean project methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize processes for warehouse locations, with focus on standardization and automation.
- Implement, test and continuously improve operational and system processes within SAP.
- Implement proven system optimizations across the client’s warehouse locations in Venlo and the UK.
- Support Account Managers with a unified customer approach, including reporting and insights on process performance and improvements.
