Job summary

Arvato in Echt (Netherlands) is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize processes, and manage staff to achieve KPIs. You’ll coordinate with Team Leaders and report to the Warehouse Manager, working shifts including weekends when required.

The role requires experience in logistics, solid Excel and ERP/WMS (preferably SAP), strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to adapt in a high-tech, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• MBO working level with experience or HBO starter;
• Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor;
• Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP);
• Good command of English;
• Strong analytical and leadership skills;
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved;
• Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs;
• Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day;
• Managing staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning;
• Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.
