Job summary

Arvato in Echt, Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to bridge operations and support while driving efficient warehouse processes with advanced logistics systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use SAP and Excel to analyze data, report findings, and implement improvements.

The role requires at least 1 year in logistics or similar, strong English, and the ability to work with ERP/WMS systems in a high-tech warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements.
• Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable, customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.
