You will ensure guests receive extraordinary service while guiding the Welcome Ambassadors, fulfilling responsibilities from managing luggage to creating memorable experiences.

This role emphasizes your ability to provide exceptional service, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with various departments to enhance guests' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Welcome Ambassadors fulfill their tasks and responsibilities correctly
• Check the luggage storeroom by means of correct administration of all luggage/packages stored.
• Avoiding and dealing with guests complaints
• Show guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us.
• Welcome and help guests throughout their stay, following service standards.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Receive, store and transport guests' luggage to the lobby or guest rooms.
• Accompany guests to the welcome desk or guest rooms.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities and tourist activities.
• Make restaurant and theatre reservations and deliver messages to guests.
• Identify defects in guest rooms and inform manager and/or department involved.
• Supervise unwanted/malicious guests or visitors.
• Approach unwanted guests or visitors and kindly request them to leave.
• Ensure unwanted guests are dismissed and inform safety authorities when needed.
