Job summary

Corendon Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking a Welcome Ambassador (Bellman/Doorman) to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms while sharing local knowledge.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment on rotating shifts, including weekends, mornings and nights. Dutch and English fluency, a valid driver license, and work permit for the Netherlands are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Dutch and any other language is appreciated.
• Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.
• Driver license B is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and helping guests throughout their stay. Ensure you are following service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each interaction.
• Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences.
• Making sure everything sparkles, we all enjoy a clean environment.
• You will be on rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Mise en Place will be your life saver and you will be well prepared for shifts ahead.
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with loud music. Gotta love it.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; collaborate with other departments to create unforgettable guest experiences.
