Job summary

W Amsterdam is seeking a Bell Captain to lead the Welcome Ambassador team, manage luggage, and ensure guests receive extraordinary service with attention to safety and efficiency.

You will supervise bell desk activities, coordinate with other departments, and help create memorable experiences for guests in a luxury, international setting. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Dutch and any other language is appreciated.
• Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide Welcome ambassadors.
• Ensure Welcome Ambassadors fulfill their tasks and responsibilities correctly.
• Create work schedules.
• Receive, store and transport guests’ luggage to the lobby or guest rooms.
• Welcoming and helping guests throughout their stay; follow service standards.
