Job summary

Corendon is seeking a Welcome Desk Agent for W Amsterdam, located near Dam Square, to join our Welcome Team. You will be the face of the guest experience in both Exchange and Bank buildings, delivering Whatever/Whenever service and ensuring memorable stays.

We require at least one year in a similar role, fluency in English, and appreciate Dutch or other languages. A driving license B is essential, and candidates must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluent English is required.
• Dutch and any other language is appreciated.
• Experience in the Luxury Segment is an advantage.
• Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.
• Driver license B is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and helping guests throughout their stay.
• Show guests our Whatever/Whenever service and personalize it.
• Ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Work rotating shifts including weekends and various dayparts.
• Be well prepared for shifts and coordinate with teammates.
• Act as the hotel expert on facilities and city attractions.
• Coordinate transport for guests and handle VIP requests.
• Make bookings for restaurants, flights, and activities upon request
• Organize transport and guide guests to rooms while maintaining high service levels
• Follow safety policies and protect confidential information.
