Arvato’s warehouse in Puttershoek seeks a structured, analytical Warehouse Support Specialist to bridge operations and data. You’ll identify deviations, translate issues into improvements, and support a 2-shift operation in a high-tech, fully automated environment.

You’ll work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Customer Support, reporting to the Supervisor. A background in logistics and strong Excel and ERP/WMS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse support or logistics role.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas and data analysis).
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory).
• Good command of English.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in 2 shifts.

As a Warehouse Support Specialist in Puttershoek, you are the link between operations and data. You ensure processes run smoothly, identify deviations, and solve issues before they impact performance. You don't just support the operation, you make it smarter.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you combine operational involvement with data analysis. You act as the first point of contact for issues on the floor and translate these into structural improvements.

• Acting as first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;
• Investigating order, stock or process deviations and implementing sustainable solutions;
• Analyzing data (inventory, performance, flows) using Excel and WMS/ERP systems;
• Preparing reports and sharing insights with Operations, Quality and other stakeholders;
• Proactively identifying improvements to prevent recurring issues.

You are part of the Warehouse Support team and work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Customer Support. You report directly to the Supervisor and operate in a role with high visibility within the operation.

You will work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00).

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a structured and analytical Warehouse Support Specialist who thrives in a high-tech logistics environment and understands warehouse processes in depth.

• MBO+ or bachelor level, preferably in logistics or supply chain;
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar warehouse support or logistics role;
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas and data analysis);
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (for example SAP or similar complex systems);
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory);
• Good command of the English language;
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in 2 shifts;
• Analytical, accurate and proactive mindset.
