Job summary
Arvato is hiring a Logistics Supervisor in Echt, Netherlands. You will oversee daily warehouse operations in a high-tech logistics center, drive KPI achievement, and lead a team of Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and operatives.
You will coordinate with Operations, Workforce and Support, work shifts (including weekends when required) and improve processes using SAP ERP/WMS. A strong English command and 1+ year supervisory experience are essential.
Qualifications
- We’re looking for a results-driven Logistics Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor.
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP).
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs.
- Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day.
- Managing staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning.
- Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.
