Shaw Contract EMEA seeks a Vice President to lead the operational execution of international market activity. You will oversee logistics, financial instruments, legal and tax compliance, and local sourcing to enable market entry and project success.

You will coordinate with Shaw teams, banks, clients, and suppliers to align operations, reduce risk, and support late-stage sales opportunities across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role based in the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end logistics process for international work and ensure shipping docs are complete and available when needed.
• Own process for international bank guarantees and irrevocable letters of credit (ILOCs) with banks.
• Ensure prospective clients and suppliers complete Shaw compliance approvals before business is undertaken.
• Collaborate with Shaw Tax to assess tax implications and risks for market entry, including permanent establishment concerns.
• Coordinate with the client and WG operations and engineering teams to ensure job sites are organized and prepared for execution.
• Identify qualified local membrane suppliers and establish approved supplier relationships.
• Develop local steel-sourcing options with PanelClaw Holland (Enstall) and define a sourcing strategy for each market.
• Support sales opportunities deeper in the funnel after establishing client relationships and addressing operational questions.
