Addleshaw Goddard Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to support growth and profile in our Amsterdam office. You'll work with the Managing Partner and Partners to create and deliver the local business development and marketing plan, linking the Dutch practice with global initiatives.

In this international role you will lead client events, pitches, tenders and campaigns, conduct market research, and provide strategic insights to strengthen relationships.

Qualificações

• Proven business development and marketing experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and create targeted BD initiatives.
• Develop pitches, presentations, tenders and RFPs from strategy through to review.
• Connect the Amsterdam office with firm-wide sector, client and practice initiatives.
• Lead client events, conferences, marketing campaigns and PR opportunities.
• Provide market research and strategic insights to strengthen client relationships.
• Champion the use of BD tools and technology across the network.
