Responsibilities

• Lead M&A projects independently, managing strategic and operational aspects from start to finish.
• Supervise and mentor associates and analysts, ensuring top-quality analysis and execution.
• Drive business development, sourcing and originating new deals while maintaining client relationships.
• Develop sector expertise by identifying trends and market analysis.
