• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build scalable operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience, operations and governance across markets.
• Oversee end-to-end operational ecosystem from order to delivery and support.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain and market leads to enable growth.
• Design scalable operating models and KPI dashboards for performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
