Job summary

The role involves partnering with network and data center colleagues, managing DaaS lifecycle, and documenting all incidents in the ITSM tool. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus; relocation or travel not required.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting required.
• Microsoft O365 support experience.
• Deskside support for desktop hardware and software.
• Active Directory administration knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and deskside hardware/software support.
• Support Windows OS and Office apps.
• Manage IT support at the client location.
• VIP user support to ensure high satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot conference room devices and projectors.
• Coordinate with network and data center teams.
• Log incidents and service requests in ITSM system.
