The role involves partnering with network and data center colleagues, managing DaaS lifecycle, and documenting all incidents in the ITSM tool. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus; relocation or travel not required.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting required.
• Microsoft O365 support experience.
• Deskside support for desktop hardware and software.
• Active Directory administration knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Role: End User Computing – Deskside Support

• Responsible for managing all IT requirements at the client’s office while serving as the primary representative of the Infosys support team. Also provides H&F support for other technical towers, including Network and Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user and deskside support for hardware and software issues.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft O365 applications.
• Manage IT support activities at the client location.
• Handle VIP user support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities.
• Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams for issue resolution.
• Record and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.

Manage device provisioning, replacement, and DaaS lifecycle activities.
