Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Lelystad store. You will engage customers, explain product benefits and assist with transactions in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This role rewards performance with monthly targets and a €15/hour rate.

Previous retail experience is a plus; strong communication and a love for fashion or sport help you thrive with our brand. We value teamwork, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift 7-20 kg as part of daily
