New Balance Netherlands BV is seeking a store associate who can engage, excite, educate and entertain customers from the moment they enter the store. You will support the team to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience and drive store performance.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
