Job summary

New Balance Netherlands BV is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our store team in Roosendaal. You will engage with customers, educate on products, and help create an exciting and welcoming shopping experience while meeting performance targets.

Ideal candidates are passionate about retail, comfortable with basic maths, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with weekend and holiday availability. Great development opportunities and staff discounts are offered.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
