Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a UX Writer to join the UX Writing and Content Design team within Marketing. You will collaborate with product, design, and research peers to craft traveler-facing messages across web and app experiences at scale.

In this role, you’ll own top-of-funnel and product messaging, influence localization across 44+ languages, and work within a high-volume, iterative environment that values inclusivity and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in UX writing, preferably in ecommerce or data-driven product teams.
• Experience working on AI topics including prompting and quality assessment.
• Native English speaker.
• Portfolio demonstrates UX writing experience.
• Strong advocate for users, crafting elegant, scalable copy.
• Able to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborates well with PMs, designers and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise copy across online channels and end-to-end experiences to impact key metrics.
• Coordinate with Language Specialists to enable accurate translation with context.
• Use data and metrics to measure impact and inform iterations.
• Collaborate with other UX writers to align messaging across touchpoints.
• Partner with product teams and researchers to develop and execute writing-driven strategy.
