Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a UX Writer to join the UX Writing and Content Design organisation in the Marketplace department. You will shape loyalty programme messaging and incentives across web and app, crafting copy that simplifies complex systems and drives engagement.

You’ll work with PMs, PMMs, and UX designers across multiple product teams and report to the UX Writing Manager for growth and development. You will contribute to messaging for loyalty, membership experiences and lifecycle-driven

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years relevant UX writing experience in ecommerce or data-driven product teams.
Native level fluency in English.
Portfolio demonstrating UX writing experience.
Experience writing for loyalty programmes or lifecycle-driven experiences.
Marketing or creative background with strong tone of voice.
Ability to apply behavioural principles to shape user perception and engagement.

Responsibilities

Write clear, concise messaging across online channels and end‑to‑end experiences to impact key metrics.
Collaborate with PMs, PMMs, UX designers and Language Specialists for translations.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact and iterate.
Coordinate with UX Writers to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
Work with product teams to develop and execute business strategy through writing.
